  1. For this assignment, use your research, what you have learned in discussion, and your journaling to assist in writing the paper.
  2. You may access BibleGateway.com to locate the biblical passages at https://www.biblegateway.com/. Simply follow the link and locate the “Search” box (the translation is already set to the New International Version). Enter the book, chapter, and verse numbers to read each passage.
  3. In addition, a collateral source of organized biblical materials is found at the online edition of the Dictionary of Bible Themes at http://www.biblegateway.com/resources/dictionary-of-bible-themes/toc.
  4. In a two- to three-page paper, respond to the following questions:
    1. What have you always believed about God’s valuing of human life and what has been your source of that belief system?
    2. What have you discovered that the Bible has to say on this theme?
    3. Explain the effects on your life if you accepted the biblical perspectives of how God values human life, including His desire that persons be workers together with Him in His Kingdom. These could pertain to your self-worth, your evaluation of the other persons, your view of what is valuable, your concept of a good life, your eternal destiny, etc.
  5. Be sure to include your last name in the file name when you save your document (e.g., Amanda Smith would name her Workshop Three, Activity 3.5 assignment: SMITH-WS3A3.5.docx).
