Term paper final
This is to be written as one report that begins with your Term paper part 1 then your term paper 2 reports (will send both 1 and 2 once assigned) and concludes with the criteria below as the third and final component to comprise your term paper final.
Your final is to start with the coverage of these 2 criteria as each will be based upon your research in Term paper parts 1 and 2. Theses are reviewed again here in the final section of your trem paper final to confirm that either they will not be changing or that youyou are changing something in them that was discovered in your research.
*SWOT analysis (MAX 5 & MIN 3 for each letter)
*Company financial analysis vs. Top 2 or 3 competitors
The following critiera are your personal projections/proposals based upon your individual research in Term paper parts 1 and 2. This is your personal opinion as to how this organization should proceed forward. This will be cased upon your analyses and conclusions drawn from you research.
*Propose three strategic aternatives for the future (each must tie to a letter in your SWOT analysis)
*Choose one alternative for implementation
*Propose an implementation plan
*State and explain strategic goals and objective
*State and explain tactical/operation plans
*Illustrate your tactical/operational plans and explain your proposal in a time frame to illustrate your implementation by each function you determine needs to be involved (minimum of 15 functions) (“like” Gantt Chart Required here dfor 12 to 18 months maximum)
* Illustrate and explain one of your proposed systems for improvement in your proposal with a visio flow chart (use any flow charting means possible)
*State and explain metrics for success (balance scorecard required here) (Hypothetical for each of the 4 components of the balance scorecard)
Grade depends on reading and following tthis criteria.
Criteria: Prepare a written report applying each of the above criteria to the Papa John’s International, Inc. Be specific and current (2015/2016 Annual 10K) in reporting of each of the criteria. Prepare the report with the proper college level English in a proper sentence structure and paragraph format. Include a cover sheet and a reference page. Add 5 more research sites for a total minimum of at least 20 sources for your research on this final paper. All ciation and refernces sources must be sited on the reference page
