The assignment for this unit consists of two parts. The first is to develop an organizational mission statement. The second part of the assignment, is to write a
paper detailing how you envision fulfilling the objectives of the mission
statement. In completing the assignment you will be required to demonstrate your
comprehension of the following terms: synergy, negative synergy, synergistic
communication, third alternative, and how the implementation of these ideas positively
effect the valuing of differences among people.Combined, the two assignments should be
approximately 500 words and completed using MS Word 2003. Each student will
submit this assignment as a single attached file in the assignment response area.
