Paper Part C – Six Sigma Project Charter
Part C of the Course Project presents you with an opportunity to create a Six Sigma Project Charter. The purpose of the Charter is to outline the scope of the project that will support your Six Sigma initiative by identifying deliverables, timelines, and key stakeholders. The Charter is an important communication tool used to align the team around the initiative, so it is critical that it is well organized and clear.
