Students will complete a 2500 word research essay. The research
project/essay will require students to engage with traditional academic writing
and content. Students will engage with the concept of being a global citizen;
what does this look like, and what are the implications of such a concept on
creative practice? Students will select a topic area from the list below to use as
the framework for their discussion of arts practice and global citizenship. They
will be required to include at least two case studies from the lectures. It will be
required that students conduct additional research of both literature and case
studies.
