Write an essay in which you argue for or against the use of plea
bargaining. Be sure to the Guidorizzi article in your paper.
NOTE: Remember to refer to class readings (in APA format) when responding to the prompt. Do
not bring in readings from outside of class.
I am against the use of plea bargaining.
I would prefer the paper format to be :
1. Intro with introductory clauses. It must have a clear thesis statement (against the use
of plea bargaining because of reason 1 and reason 2 or even reason 3 if necessary)
2. Body #1 explaining the reason 1 with evidence
3. Body #2 explaining the reason 2 with evidence
4. (or Body #3 explaining the reason 3 if necessary)
5. Conclusion (plus the restatement of the thesis statement that is paraphrased, no copy
and paste from the previous introduction paragraph)
total : 2 pages
