Write a story in three scenes using these three prompts: character – a blind person. setting – top deck of a tour bus. situation – a flood is coming. Must have the following: 1) a title that reflects the theme 2) a narrative arc including an activating incident and climax (story must end) 3) three separate scenes, each in a different setting. 4) all three prompts used in the first scene. 5) An antagonist named pepper (that post obstacles to protagonist’s quest) 6) a section of dialogue that advances the story (use as much as needed, disperse throughout the narrative, don’t make the dialogue the main action) *focus on the quest and what your protagonist does (rather than says). Must be 5 full pages minimum. 10 pages maximum. 12 pt. Times, double spaced.
