Video for this week involves a topic in chapter 12 with issues in policing and we will pick police brutality in anothe country (Phillipines). Dont get me wrong, this issue occurs in every country and why do you suppose this happens in every country? Although, I dont understand the language, I also realize that the suspect did not show force and was sitting down as he started getting hit with a stick.
