Description
Prepare a paper on the skill set that you believe a Police Chief must have in order to be successful in their role. Ideally, I would prefer if you identified a specific police department first, then develop your paper using the issue(s) that your chosen police department is facing. You need only identify and write on a couple of the skills that you deem necessary.
