Case Report Marketing
This is an assignment for a marketing class. 750-1000 words.
Introduction
If you have not already done so, read the Hindustan Unilever and the Prenatal Care Market case.
Instructions
As you read the case, do the following tasks:
Conduct a SWOT analysis for Hindustan Lever prenatal product.
Review the political, economic, technical, social factors that are relevant to this case.
Explain whether Hindustan Unilever should enter the prenatal care market using the analysis provided in the case study to support your answer.
Analyze if Dove as a brand fits into the prenatal care market space based on the evidence provided in the case.
Assuming Unilever decides to enter the market, recommend a segmentation, targeting, positioning strategy, and product strategy.
Develop a report using responses for the above questions and submit as a Word document through Turnitin
Formatting
All reports should conform to the following format:
Your report should not be more than five pages, double-spaced.
Typed, Times New Roman 12 point font, 1-inch margin on all four sides.
Page numbers at the bottom of the page.
Cover page with student name and class number on each page.
No spellings or grammatical errors.
Reference material properly cited.
20% late penalty for a day late.
No submissions are accepted 1 day after the due date.
Guidelines
You will be graded not on the quantity of your work but the quality.
You will be marked down if your work is not relevant to the question being discussed. Sometimes it might be appropriate to refer back to a statement made earlier,
which is fine as long as you are not unduly rehashing a point that has already been made.
Remember, we have all read the case/article, so excessively reciting facts that are given in the case will reflect negatively on your grade.
Looking at the problem from a strategic point of view will positively reflect on your grade.
