About the report:

3. A minimum of 8 scholarly research articles should be incorporated into the report. 4. The report should be prepared using formal terminology, grammar, and
organization.
5. Students should remember that this is intended to be a scholarly and
comprehensive report on the topic that demonstrates student expertise on the topic. The report should be constructed to reflect scholarly thinking and scholarly communication of the topic rather than a lay perspective. The report should be of a quality that it could be placed in a student portfolio of academic work.
6. Students will present an informal summary of their work to the class during week 10.
The reports will be graded based on the degree to which mastery of the material is demonstrated through the following criteria:
Depth and detail of information.
Demonstration of critical thinking about the material beyond a summary.
Investigation of the topic beyond the information presented in the book
and lectures.
