PICO project
P: bedridden patients
I: prevent the risk of pressure ulcers (PU)
C: moisture management compared to repositioning schedule
O: prevent the risk of pressure ulcers (PU) in bedridden patients

Question:
In bedridden patients, will moisture management be more effective in reducing the risk of pressure ulcers compared to repositioning on schedule?

The purpose of this project is to determine which intervention will be more effective in caring for hospitalized patients at risk for pressure ulcers. Our group chose
this topic because it is something that we all encounter in our practices. Even with all the interventions implemented in hospital care, pressure ulcers still continue
to be a growing problem.Improving patient outcome is a common goal we all share and thus, this project seeks to explore successful interventions.
