Reading Assignment Read: Put First Things First: Principles of Personal Management (p. 145 – 182) During your reading, additional time should be spent on gaining an understanding of the following terms: the 4 quadrants, the six criteria of a quadrant 2 organizer, time management, stewardship delegation, independent will, prioritize, organize and discipline.Based on your readings and the video lectures, develop a reflection paper examining your current habits and time management skills. Reflect on how much of your day, both at work and at home is spent dealing with quadrant 3 and 4 issues. Upon completion of the reading assignment, attempt to implement Habit 3 and report your experiences in this paper. In completing this assignment, an understanding of the following terms must be demonstrated: the 4 quadrants, prioritize, organize and discipline as well as an understanding of how through stewardship delegation they can increase P (production) and PC (production capability) this assignment should be completed in approximately 500 words.
