Identify a process in your current (or previous) work situation that needs to be improved. Your professor must approve the process you select for this assignment.
No later than Tuesday, post your process on the discussion topic, “Process Improvement Problem”. Your professor will respond to your process selection.
When you have an approved process, create an outline of the process (see example in Overview).Your outline is to incorporate the following:
Main components of the process
The effects of the components.
The variables.
The measurement tools.
The outcomes of the process.
Create your outline in Microsoft WordTM.
Formulate recommendations to improve the process.
Write a one-page document that lists and explains your recommendations to improve the process.
Write a one- to two-page document that evaluates the importance of quality in the process you have outlined. Use at least one resource other than your textbook. Cite your resources in APA format. Follow the OSCM writing guidelines.
