Your presentation should address the following:
What should be the process used to seize digital and electronic evidence?
Explain the process used to seize a personal computer.
Describe search and seizure implications. Explain pertinent steps and considerations an investigator or examiner should be cognizant of during the seizure process.
Explain steps to ensure the legal seizure of evidence, its packaging and transportation as well as the imaging and authenticating of data.
Present the additional information in the Notes section of your presentation.
