Phase I • Create a System Request
• Create questionnaires (10-15 questions each) for any TWO of the following groups: (1) bookstore employee; (2) faculty member; (3) student; (4) HU administration • Create Use Cases for each of the following: • a faculty member indicating what book(s) will be used for a class • a local student coming into the bookstore to purchase book(s) • • a nonlocal student ordering books from the bookstore online |

Phase II (Non-networking students only):
• Create an RFP as described in Chapter 7

Phase II (Networking students only):
• Outline system requirements in a document to support the bookstore site.(See notes below) • Create an RFP as described in Chapter 7 for a network infrastructure to support the bookstore system. (See notes below)

• Design the User Interface for online ordering of books by students • Develop a Test Plan • Develop a Training Plan
