Estimated project cost: Labor and material cost for each WBS item plus a detailed project budget for one selected WBS item
End-item specifications (such as reference documents, engineering specifications, regulatory codes, etc.)
Control system (process documentation, procedures, and evaluation)
Communication system (flow of project information to stakeholders)
Quality management system (methods for managing project quality and project processes)
Risk response plan with quantitative or qualitative assessment
