The aim of the MRVC project is to implement a client focused, Strengths Based Collaborative Model providing in-house services for the victims under the age of eighteen rescued from prostitution (clients). The project’s goal is to provide vital education, vocational training, counselling, medical referrals and job placement for clients who were previously trapped in prostitution and human trafficking. A substantial amount of time was devoted to planning this project with the intent of using the document as a reference in setting up the MRVC project.

In relation to the Mumbai Victims Rescued Centre, tradition plays a slightly different role. With the realization that hardly any research is been done in the area of recidivism statistics, opening up the MRVC would allow researchers an avenue in which they can begin to build the foundation that will become the tradition involving recidivism statistics. Reliability, Validity and the feasibility of this project depend on the proper research being conducted in this area.
