The Individual project will be a problem solving project. It will involve solving a problem from your current job using techniques from this course. It will follow the format below and will include a brief Powerpoint presentation which summarizes the project appropriate to present to your management.
The format for the Project is:

· Problem description
· Data collection technique
· Description of solution technique – include assumptions made
· Solution to problem
· Analysis of solution
· Conclusion – result of analysis; how will it help your organization improve operations
