We all have people in our lives who were very influential. They taught us. We followed their lead. Let’s call them leaders.
For this discussion I would like you to identify a person in your past or present who you would call a great leader. Using the information in the textbook analyze this person’s leadership style.
Opinions, personal experiences are fine, but scholarly writing (and analysis), which you are practicing bases questions, conclusions, and assertions on theory and data.
Your initial post must be at least 300 words. Make your initial post by 11:59 PM HST Thursday of Week 7. Your initial post must have two APA citations/references; one from the textbook and one from another (quality) source (not Wikipedia, about.com, etc.)
