Psychological reflective paper
Reflect on the supervision you have had so far and think about what you know about your own style and needs. Please describe the perfect supervisor for yourself. What model of supervision or theoretical perspective would you prefer? Compare how the ideal supervisor would be similar and/or different from what you are now receiving.
I personally do not think there is a perfect supervisor. I have two main supervisors and one head supervisor. The two main supervisors are very easy going and they are very supportive of me and the work I do. They both have taught me a lot and are giving me a chance to take full control of my cases. The head supervisor is totally different. She micro manages everyone. She is very critical of most everyone.
I prefer the developmental model of supervision
