“A pressure ulcer is a big health issue in hospitals due to the failure of the caregivers to change positions of immobile patients and conduct prevention measures. The purpose of the study is to reduce pressure ulcers in an acute care setting (hospital) to improve the quality of care and reduce complications associated with them.”
