Quality Improvement Plan
Building upon the same project presented in the charter/proposal assignment in this deliverable, create a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). This plan will be derived from the Project Management Plan (PMP). How is the project performing per the plan that was outlined? Address the quality, scope, and cost baselines. Is your project performing better or worse than the baseline would indicate? What actions should you take to address the performance issues to improve the quality of your project in the execution phase? Your response should include at least 3 of the quality tools described in the Rose text including:
· Check sheets
· Graphs
· Histograms
· Pareto Charts
· Scatter Diagrams
· Flow Charts
· Rum Charts
· Control Charts
