The final major paper for this course (there is still another formal essay for this course – the Reflective Essay) is the infamous “Multi-sourced Argument Paper,” or “Bounteously-referenced, substantial, position-based, idea-specific Paper,” for short. But let’s just call it the MSAP.
This is a big paper, and there is a major commitment of time and resources required for it to be considered a successful paper. Since this is a major research project, the resources of time and teacher will be at your full disposal. Additionally, in order to complete the requirements of the paper in a sensible way, the project is going to be broken into phases.
