Scenario:
Micro-teaching session “Microblading theory” was delivered to 2 students. The venue was in a treatment room. Students were handed manuals on the microblading theory, which included a pictures and examples.
-Introductions was covered
-subject was delivered with a confidence
– communication between tutor and students was good. There was discussion, questions and answers, lots of examples from tutors own experience , etc
– at the end of the session , learning outcomes were achieved
Things to be improved in the future:
– improve on planning teaching sessions
– timing needs to be improved
– with the experience tutors confidence will improve
