– In introduction
1- please write about pressure ulcer and its effect on threatening of patients’ lives (increase mortality, morbidity, and length of stay in hospital).
2- the importance of repositioning to treat the pressure ulcer.
3- please, support your writing with studies or articles.

– In literature review
1- please, write about the importance of this project in patient safety.
2- more studies about the importance of implementing repositioning procedure in preventing pressure ulcer.
3- write about the frequency and time of repositioning (studies)
4- write about the importance of specify dedicated turn team for repositioning the patients ( supported by evidence based literature)
5- please, explain the connection between implementing this project and STEEP aim ( this project meets 4 elements from STEEP aim which are SAFE, EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT, PATIENT CENTERED) ( supported by study).
