Paper Instructions

You will submit a Research assignemt Proposal and Summary Outline to help you prepare for writing and submitting the full Research Paper in Week 7. See attached for the Research Paper Guidelines and Grading sheet for Week 7.

The topic for your paper is open to your interest. However, it must be avian-related in nature.

paper Instructions

You will submit:

1. A 4-6 sentence summary paragraph of what you will be covering in your paper

2. An outline of the topics you will cover

3. References that you will use for your Research Paper.

The summary should be written first, letting your professor know what you plan to cover in your Research Paper. Your thoughts should be clear and your writing free of spelling/grammar errors. Once you have a summary of what you want to discuss, you should start organizing the general and specific information you want to include in your paper by creating an alphanumeric outline. You can review instructions on how to develop such an outline as well as see a sample alphanumeric outline at http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/544/03/.
