An agency wishes to see if community perceptions are
better in neighborhoods where the agency uses foot patrol
as compared to neighborhoods that utilize squad car
patrols. Throughout the jurisdiction, the agency is having
difficulties with juvenile crime and delinquency. Juveniles
are out past curfew in numerous areas of the city and there
is a problem with juvenile gang crime. Design a study that
examines citizen perceptions/satisfaction under both forms
of patrol. You will need to use a classic experimental
