The Paper is about Leadership and Shared Value in a team.
The Paper is mostly done already, need to add introduction and conclusion and add expand, find research to back up the claims, and add some research information in there.
Couple things need to add on the paper:
-Find research to back up claims in the paper. Direct research toward organization vlaue.
-Organization example how they perform their value for example: US Army.
-Expand the paper focusing on shared value, create effect value team. “You cannot lead the people that they do not want to fallow.”
-Thesis should be something like: Framed that shared valued result in team that is easier to lead.
-Introduction and Conclusion.
-Expand the essay which need to include servant leadership, supporter kind of tone, and open communication. These three elements need to be in this paper. Expain well but do not need to be super long. Need acedemic sources to back it up and citations.
-Make sure the paper format is in US MLA format in margin and citation.
Power Point:
-After finished revising and expand paper, need to make a three slide study note in PPT. This three page ppt should be like 5 min in duration. Need to include all main key elements that already in the paper and the elements I mentioned on how to expand the paper.
