The HIV AIDS epidemic across Africa has received a great deal of attention by the international press and NGO groups what is not widely known is that relatively cheap and tell all drugs have been proven to be effective at preventing the spread of the disease and prolonging lives infected people. What role should Western countries and ngos play in the fight against HIV and AIDS in Africa?
