2. In what respects is the marketing of this service different to the marketing of a fast moving packaged (e.g short shelf life) consumer good? Discuss your answer with specific examples.
Preparation: Just check the chapter 1 and 2 of “Services Marketing: An Australian-Pacific and Australian perspective” by Lovelock, Patterson and Wirtz, 5th edn, 20011.
