Prepare to participate in a debate on the following topic: Should prisons be privatized? (I don’t have a personal view on this either way so go with whatever way works best).
Part I
Create an outline supporting your position. You should include a minimum of 5 points to argue and each should be fully supported with sub points.
Your outline will also include a countering of your original position. You should have a counter argument for each of your original points.
