The assignment in Human Resource Management which deals with self-leadership and how one should treat leadership. Leadership isn’t an attainable position but it is constant struggle to improvise and more importantly to identify opportunities much in advance and act accordingly. It is also the process where others are given opportunities as well as facilitating to accomplish those objectives. Good leadership is necessary to steer not only business, en enterprise, an economy and the whole nation towards prosperity.
