Develop a Strategic Report for a corporation of your choice.
You need to carry out an analysis of a corporation demonstrating a holistic understanding of the organization and its environments as well as demonstrating your skills in strategic analysis and planning.
You must structure your assignment in three parts:
1. Analyze the internal environment of the corporation and identify the strategic challenges that it is facing.
2. Analyze the external environment of the corporation and identify the strategic challenges that it is facing.
3. Identify, discuss and evaluate the future strategic options available and recommend a future strategic direction for the corporation.
