2 The current purpose(s) of the foundation
3 A description of the major initiatives and awardees with documented results.
4 A description of the management of the foundation and its primary employees
5 An analysis of how the foundation utilizes the strategic philanthropy concept as outlined in the Rebecca Rimel article titled: “Strategic Philanthropy: Pew Approach to Matching Needs with Resources.”
