QFD Assignment-Voice of the Customer
Scenario:
You are going to be the voice of the customer and the voice of the engineer. You are to think of a product (not a cellphone or computer) that must meet your needs as a customer, at least 10 needs. Then, as the voice of the engineer, come up with technical descriptors. I have added a pdf document detailing each step on how to complete a simplified QFD in the course materials link along with a QFD template. To make this process easier, I would like for you to complete steps 1,3,5,6,7,11, and 12of the pdf document.
Assignment 2 (Research design)
