1. What portion of the marketing plan case study did you find most difficult to complete and why?

The most difficult part of the marketing plan is the design of marketing strategy, product strategy, Integrated Marketing Communication strategy, pricing strategy, and distribution and supply chain strategy. It was the most difficult part of the marketing plan because poor strategizing of the marketing plan would ultimately leads to a failed marketing plan. Proper caution and considerations have to be made while designing the strategies.

2. What information/resources/activities would have been helpful to you in completing the marketing plan? If you feel that you would have benefited from some form of supplemental information or activity prior to completing the marketing plan, please share your ideas.

Sample marketing plans from large institutions like Coca-Cola would have been vital for the process. Getting access to marketing plans on different industries would have proved helpful for the process.

3. Did you follow through on the strategic recommendation you made as a result of your situational / SWOT analysis? Why or why not?

Yes, SWOT analysis and situational analysis provide key information that is vital for the marketing process. Omission of such statistics would have rendered the marketing plan irrelevant.

4. Do you have suggestions for future students that might improve time management, or otherwise help them to overcome case-related challenges in the future? Any other suggestions for enhancing the learning process?

The students should access marketing plans of companies from different industries. It will give them the best information on how to access market and strategize a marketing plan. The samples will give them vital information on failed and successful marketing plans.
