ART 1: SWOT Analysis

• SWOT Analysis– Complete a SWOT Analysis of the firm (explained in CH 9 and in the CH 9 supporting video)

• • Examine the company internally (strengths and weaknesses)

• What does the company do well and what unique resources does it have (strengths)?
• What activities does the organization not do well or what resources does it need (weaknesses)?

• • Examine the competitive environment (opportunities and threats)

• Any positive trends in the external environment (opportunities)?
• Any negative trends in the external environment (threats)?
