• What questions will you ask?
• What questions will you not ask?
• What tests will you have your prospective employee perform?
• What ethical questions will you ask? For instance, if you saw your co-worker take items home on a daily basis such as: pens, pencils, note cards, or paper how would you respond?
• What ethical concerns do you need to be aware of during the interview process? The interview process is receiving the resume, determining the fit of the prospective employee within your organization, and the interview itself.
