The memo you will write will explain why LinkedIn is important and provide instructions. The memo is for employees who do not want to use technology. Looking at page page 145, you will use the set up that is provided in blue writing.
Paragraph 1: Positive, relevant buffer. This paragraph could explain the benefits of LinkedIn.
Paragraph 2: Explain the process to create and account
Paragraph 3: Mention the incentives or encourage team work.
Paragraph 4: End with goodwill and move past the bad news.
Look at the back page of your case study and you will see in the 2nd paragraph the items you need to mention in the memo. Memo format is on page 130.
