To what extent is the offence of ‘scandalising the court’ consistent with the right to free speech?

Description
It concerns Human Rights. The leading case on the issue in Mauritius is a judgment given by the Privy Council as per attachment.I will use the essay as a direction, just to know how to go about it. I’ll redraft it to suit the local context here as I do not expect you to be familiar with it. The lecturer expects us to look for the ingredients of the offence, (how it has been interpreted by the Supreme Court) and subsequently by the Privy Council. Just leave the issue of interpretation by the Supreme Court and comparison for me. As I have said, I don’t expect you to know the Supreme Court cases here. If you think you need to be enlightened further, please email me and I would be pleased to provide any additional information
