The paper is intended to address the themes of:
o Understanding the impact of chronic disease on the individual
o Identifying and analysing a healthcare model applied to the management of the patient with the chronic condition/s
o Applying therapeutic communication.

As this paper is the final assessment task for NSG2NCI, results will be withheld until after the Chief Examiner’s meeting in early December.
