Student will review prior readings (Gangs in America’s Communities 2012 James Howell-Chapter #8) and Klein Journal Article(www.ncjrs.gov/pdffiles1/nij/grants/188510.pdf) to prepare a 10-page paper that will compare and contrast (analyze) one traditional gang and one neo-traditional gang. The assignment will encompass gang structure, factors in gang membership, group dynamics, and aggression. Paper will be completed in APA format.
