Choose one of these companies to research. Visit the company’s website and look for references to the company in publications such as Training, T +  D, Workforce, or HR Magazine (visit the online Library to find these publications).

In a 3-5 page APA formatted paper, use your research to analyze the following topics:

• Describe why you believe the company was ranked in the top 10
• Explain the relationship between training and the company’s competitiveness, business goals, and objectives. (Hint: Possible reasons a company might be ranked include the amount of money it devotes to training, the level of employee involvement in training, and the type of training used.)

Support your work with at least two credible resources, one of which may be the text. Submit your assignment in a Word file using the link above. The assignment is due by 11:59 PM Sunday and is worth 50 points.

• Times New Roman, 12-point font
• 1-inch margins (all sides)
