In this question, you are asked to do two things: (A) Describe this model and its phases in sufficient detail to demonstrate your understanding of the essentials of each phase (this does not have to be exhaustive, but must be more than minimal coverage of each phase); (B) Briefly describe how this model could be used to prepare for a major group training project for an organization.
