Select a leadership theory that appeals to you as a nurse.
Discuss the main tenets of the selected theory. Explain and provide examples.
Using an example from your current or previous work settings, describe how you would apply that theory with regards to cost containment, staffing productivity, competency and patient outcomes in that setting.
Explain how the theory is used in a diverse and global populations (such as the influx of immigrant populations or a specific population). Give at least one example of how cost containment, staff productivity, competency and patient outcomes need to be adjusted.
