Focus:
You have been selected as Energy Secretary of the United States and have been assigned the task of developing a new U.S. energy policy. Using current U.S. energy policies and foreign country energy policies, develop a new U.S. energy policy with the following questions in mind as a guide to crafting your policy.
Questions:
Will we have enough affordable energy for the foreseeable future? How will we meet energy needs in the long term?
Instructions:
In developing your policy, you will want to make good use of class materials and the foreign energy policy database of foreign energy policy papers researched and written by your peers You will want to support your argument with substantive materials provided in your notes as well. Outside resource material to bear in support of your argument is allowed, but please ensure that those resources are academically recognized (e.g. peer -reviewed; no blogs/no Wiki anything!). If you choose to use outside resources, please limit the number ( 1-3) of those resources
Paper Composition Standards:
Papers must be typed using 12 pt. Times New Roman font, double-spaced with standard 1” margins, and 5 full pages in length (no more than 7 pgs., no less than 5 pgs.)
