Instructions:
In developing your policy, you will want to make good use of class materials and the foreign energy policy database of foreign energy policy papers researched and written by your peers. You will want to support your argument with substantive materials provided in your notes as well. Outside resource material to bear in support of your argument is allowed, but please ensure that those resources are academically recognized (e.g. peer-reviewed; no blogs/no Wiki-anything!). If you choose to use outside resources, please limit the number (1-3) of those resources
Paper Composition Standards:
Papers must be typed using 12 pt. Times New Roman font, double-spaced with standard 1” margins, and 5 full pages in length (no more than 7 pgs., no less than 5 pgs.) References may follow any of the major styles: Chicago, APA, or MLA. Papers must be clearly written with a proper respect for the grammatical and stylistic requirements using Standard English. Avoid “be” (e.g. could be, should be, etc.) you are making an argument for your policy!
