Purpose of Statistics Student explains the purpose of the use of statistics in the article. Critical review Student gives an appraisal of whether the statistics used supported the author’s conclusion. Conclusion Student proposes 1 person or organisation that could benefit from this analysis and why. Student proposes 1 research question. (Answer must specify a question, not just area of study.) Presentation of report: The report is neatly typed-set, with careful attention to grammar and spelling, and concise and clear explanations. The media article must be less than a year old (not a research paper or ABS official statistical briefing). All instructions are followed (Eg uses the headings of the template etc)
