The ideas about the V2X technology have been developed during the last two decades. During these two decades many technical, commercial, and political persons and organizations put too many efforts to make the technology success and being a reality. And just like any other jump in the technology there are huge problems and challenges resists the V2X projects implementation. In this survey report we will talk about the state of the art, and then we will talk in details about the different types of V2X problems and challenges.
